John Eddie Williams, Jr.

25 years ago, John Eddie Williams, Jr., started Williams Kherkher with 2 employees. Today, it has more than 125 employees.

Over the course of his career, John Eddie has represented virtually every type of personal injury case – including those injured in plant explosions, workers exposed to asbestos and welding fumes, and people who took defective pharmaceuticals, such as fen-phen, and Vioxx. Most notably, John Eddie has represented victims of every major refinery explosion in the Gulf Coast region dating back to 1989.

A magna cum laude graduate of Baylor Law School, John Eddie licensed to practice in all state and federal district courts in Texas, and holds memberships in the American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association.

Jim S. Hart

Jim Hart is a partner at Williams Kherkher who runs the Labor and Employment docket. Like John Eddie Williams, Jim has represented burn victims for years – often doing battle with some of the largest corporations in the world, including Chevron, Halliburton and Bayer.

Jim holds undergraduate and law degrees from Texas Tech University. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Western, Northern and Southern districts. Jim and his wife Susan have five daughters.
